Dear Parent/Guardian,

Greetings to you and compliments of the season. Today, 23 March 2018, marks the end of the second term, 2017/2018 academic session. We are grateful to the Most High God for the success of the term. We also appreciate you for all your support and encouragement throughout the course of the term. Make God bless you richly.

As we go on vacation before the third term, we wish you take note of the following pieces of information:

RESUMPTION: The school reopens for the third term on Monday, 16 April 2018. Boarding students, as usual, shall resume on Sunday, 15 April 2018.

SCHOOL FEES: All students are advised to pay their school fees before resumption, and the evidence of such payment should be presented to the school on resumption. No student will be allowed entry into the school without evidence of school fees payment. School fees should be deposited into the school’s bank account: Name: Jofag International College, Lafia; Account Number: 3310816012; Bank: FCMB. Third term school fees is forty-nine thousand five hundred naira only (49,500.00) for boarding students, and nineteen thousand five hundred naira only (19,500.00) for day students. Below is a breakdown of the fees:

RESULT: The second term result shall be available on the school’s website --www.jofagschools-edu.org—on or before 30 March 2018. A result checking card has been issued to your child. Follow the link on it to check the result online. Marked examination scripts have been given to your child. Peruse them and encourage your child accordingly. Constructive criticisms that will enhance your child’s educational growth are welcome.

GRADUATION FEE: As agreed by the PTA, every student shall pay two thousand naira (#2,000.00) only in addition to the school fees as graduation fee for the 2017/2018 academic session. This applies to only parents who are yet to pay.

OTHER CHARGES: As usual, your child is to pay seven hundred naira (700.000) cash to the school for the following: haircut for the term -#500.00; club dues -#200.00.

SCHOOL’S MAGAZINE: As part of activities to mark her first graduation/speech day, the school has planned to publish the maiden edition of its magazine. In this regards, subscription for adverts and goodwill messages shall be welcomed from parents. Rates are as follows: Inside Back Page -#7,000.00. Outside Back Page -#10,000.00. Inside Full Page -#5,000.00. Inside Quarter Page -#2,000.00.

SANITATION ITEMS: Each student shall provide a small size of IZAL, OMO detergent and two brooms as sanitation materials before he /she shall be registered for the third term.
